Prince Albert and Princess Charlene Accompany Their Twins on First Day of School Year

It's back-to-school season! Just like most royal parents who have still children in school, the Sovereign Prince couple of Monaco, Prince Albert II, and Princess Charlene accompanied their twins, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, both 7, on the first day of the opening classes for another school year.

In the pictures released by the Prince's Palace of Monaco, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene can be seen standing with their children while waiting outside the classroom with other parents and children.

The Palace simply captioned the photos, "Back to school for Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella".

Last year, while Princess Charlene was away, Prince Albert revealed that he made some changes in relation to his children's education.

In an interview with Paris Match, he confirmed that Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella are being homeschooled at the palace, but with some other children to let them feel the normal school scenario.

"We have since set up a small classroom," Prince Albert explained. "They are not alone, since four of their friends, two boys and two girls, have joined them there, with the same teachers as if they were in their school."

The twins were also homeschooled at the palace at the height of the pandemic in 2020.
