Their Royal Highnesses Prince Guillaume, The Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg and Princess Stephanie, The Hereditary Grand Duchess of Luxembourg shared first photos of their newborn son, Prince François.
The Prince, who bears the names of François Henri Luis Marie Guillaume, was born on March 27, 2023, at the Grand Duchess Charlotte Maternity Hospital in Luxembourg. He weighs 3.575 kg and measures 53 cm.

He is the second child of Prince Guillaume and Princess Stephanie and currently stands as third in the line of succession to the Luxembourgian throne.Â
Prince François has an older brother, Prince Charles, who will turn three years old this coming May 10, 2023.

Prince Guillaume and Princess Stephanie, born Countess Stephanie de Lannoy, wed in October 2012. Their eldest child was born after almost eight years of their marriage.
With the birth of Prince Francois, all members of the House of Luxembourg fell one notch below their position in the line of succession. Prince Guillaume's younger brother, who was stood as his Spare, Prince Felix, is now fourth.Â
