It's Summertime! During the warm months it's more important to wear clothes made of natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk to keep us cool.Â
Lately, royals chose to wear fresh-looking outfits, floral prints, lighter colors, and soft fabrics to stay stylish and cool for the balmy weather.Â
Here are summer fashion inspiration from the royals.Â
1. Sophie, The Duchess of Edinburgh - For years, Sophie was not on the fashion radar of style observers, but lately, she has put some tweaks in her dressing style which made her noticeable.Â
We love her two outfits this June. She donned beautiful clothes fit for summertime.Â
On June 13 she accompanied Prince William to the private screening of "Rhino" and she looked so cool in a purple floral print midi dress from Erdem. She also paired it with an equally fresh-looking footwear, a pair of beige suede sandals from Prada. Â
2. Queen Letizia of Spain - the Queen Consort of Spain is always on point when it comes to summer fashion. And she often wore some of the coolest summer clothes in the royal world.Â
4. Crown Princess Mary of Denmark - The stylish future Danish Queen is someone who knows her style so she rarely missed a thing in dressing. She's one of the most fashion royals in the world.
On June 14 she wore a powder blue Elodie dress from Moss and Spy to an event with Crown Prince Frederik. We love this dress of Crown Princess Mary. The short sleeves and fabric so perfect for the balmy weather.Â
On June 15, Mary accompanied Crown Prince Frederik and Queen Margrethe II in welcoming King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway to Denmark.Â
During the welcome ceremony, Crown Princess Mary wore a twisted silk crepe de chine blouse in powder blue from Victoria Beckham, which she paired with a pleated floral midi skirt from Paul and Joe clothing brand.
5. Queen Rania of Jordan - she's another Queen Consort in the world who knows her style. And Queen Rania has not miss a thing in fashion.Â
6. Hereditary Princess Sophie of Liechtenstein - On June 18, Princess Sophie accompanied her husband, Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein to the 100th anniversary of Ivoclar Group in Schaan.
For the event, Hereditary Princess Sophie wore a sleeveless midi dress with floral print from Dolce and Gabbana which makes it easily a standout summer fashion.Â
We also love Princess Sophie's floral dress she wore in the welcome ceremony for the visiting President of Hungary on June 7. It's a sleeveless brocade dress from Oscar de la Renta which is so summery in style and print.Â
7. Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden - While attending a wedding of her husband's cousin on June 17, Sweden's crown princess rocked in style wearing a Lavender tiered dress from Giambattista Valli.
9. Princess Beatrice - Some would say that Princess Beatrice often wore the most outrageous pieces during public appearances but she has clothes in her collection that are pretty decent.
Like this dress. On June 13 she visited the London park wearing a striped red dress from Zara. We love this simple design. It's an ideal ladies dress this summer season.Â
10. Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway - with her fashion style, she has not caught yet the attention of royal fashion observers but the Crown Princess of Norway has her own taste in fashion. And there are pieces in her wardrobe collection that we love.
Like this dress. It maybe a dark print, which is inappropriate for the warm weather, but the silk fabric and the cool design makes this dress a fascinating summer fashion choice. It's a satin midi dress from By Timo, a fashion brand known for sustainable fabrics.Â
11. Catherine, The Princess of Wales - On June 7, Kate joined the practice session of the Rugby players to discuss her Shaping Us campaign. She wore a sports attire, a blue training shirt of the England Ruby team and navy blue leg run pants from Sweaty Betty. We love this look!Â
We also love her printed green shirt dress she wore on June 15 during a visit to Nuneaton in Warwickshire.Â
It's a green Petra Silk Maxi Shirt dress from Cefinn studio. According to its instagram account, this dress is made from 100% silk with their hero Leopard Pansy print. It has a fixed waist-cinching sash, side slits, and long sleeves.Â
