His Serene Highness Albert II, The Sovereign Prince of Monaco, sent his annual Christmas Card to the nation featuring a new family portrait. And they're back on the Christmas Tree!
The new family photo features the Sovereign Prince, his wife, Princess Charlene, and their twins, Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, who playfully posed a "holiday attitude", with her darting eyes and a hand placed on her waist.

After a tumultuous 2021 for the Monegasque royals where Princess Charlene missed celebrating the Holiday season with her family in Monaco, and Prince Albert shared a Christmas Card with an artist painting of his family, the Monegasque royals were back on the Christmas tree posing for a glamorous portrait for the festive season.

Princess Charlene looked so radiant in a forest green dress and personified a relaxed, bright aura, while Prince Albert and Prince Jacques were all dapper in the black suit.Â
However, it's Princess Gabriella's scene-stealing image that really caught our attention. Wearing a beautiful apricot dress with a matching headband, and a pair of cute sandals, the eight-year-old princess had a "commanding" presence, staring straight into the camera with her glaring stare and a "confident" pose with her hand on her waist.Â

Princess Gabriella has been the energizer among the young Grimaldi royals, with her signature bubbly personality, and very expressive nature. She's not shy to express whatever she wants to convey, even mimicking her father doing a striking pose.
In the past years, Princess Gabriella's playful nature showed her examining decorations during a photoshoot or even munching an apple off the tree.
The photo was taken two weeks ago by the Prince's Palace court photographer, Eric Mathon, and was shot in the palace's Salle des Gardes.
