Holiday Season break begins for the Dutch royals as they pose for a traditional family photoshoot this Christmas season. Their festive mode gives us all the feel of a relaxing holiday break!
Their Majesties King Willem-Alexander of The Netherlands and Queen Maxima released their family Christmas photos on December 22. The photos were taken at their home, Huis Ten Bosch Palace in The Hague, along with their children: Princesses Catharina-Amalia, Alexia, and Ariane, and their family dog, Mambo!

Most royal houses in Europe shared their family photos along with their season's greeting for Christmas season 2023, some used previously taken photographs such as King Charles III and Queen Camilla, King Felipe VI, and Queen Letizia.
Others shared newly taken photos such as King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium, King Harald V and Queen Sonja, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene, and The Prince and Princess of Wales.
So far our favorite is the formal family portrait of Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene, as they glowed in gold wearing formal attires.

However, yesterday, the Dutch royals surpassed it as King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of The Netherlands chose a relaxing family photoshoot setting outside their home, capturing the essence of Christmas and the holiday season - a happy family reunion in the festive mode, family bonding, sharing laughter, and of course including a family pet! It gives us all the feel of the most wonderful time of the year!

Their attires were also in season as they donned stylish long coats. The princesses also chose to wear the colors of the holiday season - red, blue, and green. It's so sweet to see them, make us smile and feel relaxed!
